Check “epubor kcr converter” trial (trial tracker might be ~/.KCR/config ?)
Close “epubor kcr converter”
Buy book on amazon, deliver to kindle cloud reader
Open chrome with kindle cloud reader app installed
Right click on new book, download and pin
Open “epubor kcr converter” again, close license window
Select book, convert to epub
Open output (folder is ~/KCR/) in calibre
Connect Nook (use a data cable), send to device
