| 1½ C | flour |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 1 Tbsp | baking powder |
| 2 Tbsp | butter, melted |
| ¾ C | water |
Directions
- Stir together flour, salt, baking powder.
- Pour water and butter over the top.
- Stir with a fork to make a ball.
- Turn out onto lightly floured surface, knead about 10 times.
- Pat into flat circle 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Or make a few smaller pieces.
- Fry in a greased pan over medium heat, 15 mins per side.
