| ½ C | melted butter |
| 1¼ C | graham cracker crumbs |
| ¼ C | sugar |
| 3 (8oz) pkgs | cream cheese, softened |
| 1 (14oz) can | sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) |
| 1 (12oz) pkg | semi sweet chocolate chips (or 8oz semi sweet baking chocolate), melted |
| 4 | eggs |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Combine butter, crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
- In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Add milk, beat until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Pour into pan. Bake 1 hr 5 min, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
- Cool to room temp, Chill.
Appendix
- I have made this in 5 smaller pans, each 4 inches diameter. It only cooked about 35 minutes instead, and needed a bit more time for the center.
