Chocolate cheesecake

  Ingredients
½ C melted butter
1¼ C graham cracker crumbs
¼ C sugar
3 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (12oz) pkg semi sweet chocolate chips (or 8oz semi sweet baking chocolate), melted
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Combine butter, crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    1. Add milk, beat until smooth.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  4. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hr 5 min, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
  5. Cool to room temp, Chill.
