| 2 | avocados |
| 2 | cloves of garlic, crushed and minced |
| juice of half a lemon or lime | |
| 1 | small onion, chopped |
| 1 | small to medium tomato, seeded and diced |
| 2 Tbsp | chopped cilantro leaves |
| 1 | jalapeno or serrano pepper, seeded and chopped |
| ½ tsp | salt |
Directions
- Mash avocado, add lemon or lime juice.
- Blend with other ingredients.
- Cover tightly and let sit for an hour or so in the fridge.
