Hash brown casserole

  Ingredients
1 large bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
3 Tbsp mayo (dukes)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and mayo.
  2. Breakup the frozen hash browns and add to soup mixture.
  3. Butter bottom and sides of 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 350 for around 45-50 mins.
