| 1 large bag | frozen shredded hash browns |
| 1 | small onion, chopped |
| 1 can | cream of chicken soup |
| 8 oz | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 8 oz | sour cream |
| 3 Tbsp | mayo (dukes) |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and mayo.
- Breakup the frozen hash browns and add to soup mixture.
- Butter bottom and sides of 9x13 baking dish.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 350 for around 45-50 mins.
