Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix by hand the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan cheese, egg.
- Shape into 12 meatballs.
- Bake 15 to 20 mins.
- Cut breads in half, brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and salt.
- Put breads in oven for last 5 mins.
- Warm sauce, then add meatballs, Spoon onto breads, top with cheese.
- Bake another 2 mins to melt cheese.
