Mushy Peas

  Ingredients
10 oz pkg frozen green peas
¼ C heavy cream
1 T butter

Directions

  1. Bring shallow pot of lightly salted water to boil over medium-high heat. Add frozen peas and cook for 3 minutes. Or Cook peas in microwave as per package directions.
  2. Drain peas, transfer to food processor.
  3. Add cream, butter, salt, pepper to peas.
  4. Process until blended, but still thick with small pieces of peas.
