10 oz pkg | frozen green peas |
¼ C | heavy cream |
1 T | butter |
Directions
- Bring shallow pot of lightly salted water to boil over medium-high heat. Add frozen peas and cook for 3 minutes. Or Cook peas in microwave as per package directions.
- Drain peas, transfer to food processor.
- Add cream, butter, salt, pepper to peas.
- Process until blended, but still thick with small pieces of peas.
