| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1 C | velveeta, cubed |
| ½ C | monterey jack, shredded |
| ¼ C | salsa |
| ½ C | onion, chopped |
| 1 can | green chilies, drained (4oz) |
| ½ C | tomatoes, diced |
| 2 Tbsp | jalapenos, chopped |
| ¼ C | cilantro |
| 1 tsp | chili powder |
| ½ tsp | ground cumin |
| ½ tsp | dried oregano |
| ¼ tsp | red pepper flakes |
Directions
- Cook beef and onion with salt and pepper in oil (7-9 min). Drain grease.
- Stir in spices.
- Stir in tomators, chilies, salsa.
- Stir in cheeses, until melted (3-4 min).
- Remove from heat and add jalapeno and cilantro.
