Beef Queso

  Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 C velveeta, cubed
½ C monterey jack, shredded
¼ C salsa
½ C onion, chopped
1 can green chilies, drained (4oz)
½ C tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp jalapenos, chopped
¼ C cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Cook beef and onion with salt and pepper in oil (7-9 min). Drain grease.
  2. Stir in spices.
  3. Stir in tomators, chilies, salsa.
  4. Stir in cheeses, until melted (3-4 min).
  5. Remove from heat and add jalapeno and cilantro.
