| 6oz can | diced tomatoes |
| ¼ C | jalapenos |
| 7 | green onions |
| 2⅛ tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| ¼ bunch | cilantro, finely diced |
| 2 Tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1½ tsp | soy sauce |
| 2¼ tsp | sugar |
| 2½ tsp | white distilled vinegar |
Directions
- Quarter tomatoes, add jalapenos.
- Dice green onions, add non-bulb parts.
- Dice cilantro up to wrap around tie, leave stems.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Use an immersion blender, mix until tomatoes are of salsa substance.
- Let it sit overnight.
