  Ingredients
1½ lbs roma tomatoes (~7 tomatoes)
6oz can diced tomatoes
¼ C jalapenos
7 green onions
2⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ bunch cilantro, finely diced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp soy sauce
2¼ tsp sugar
2½ tsp white distilled vinegar

Directions

  1. Quarter tomatoes, add jalapenos.
  2. Dice green onions, add non-bulb parts.
  3. Dice cilantro up to wrap around tie, leave stems.
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Use an immersion blender, mix until tomatoes are of salsa substance.
  6. Let it sit overnight.
